Creator growth

We manage YouTube channels, develop creator growth strategies and help creators build more valuable media businesses.

Commercial partnerships

We negotiate sponsorships, brand deals and long-term partnerships for Creative Motley and managed creator channels.

Financial education

We produce finance-focused digital media and deliver workshops, coaching and programmes for organisations and communities.

Next-stage growth

This role exists so the directors can focus on operations and strategy while you lead commercial expansion.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

Build the pipeline, shape the partnerships, close the work.

Business development

  • Develop growth strategies.
  • Secure new creator management clients.
  • Generate qualified leads through outreach, referrals and partnerships.
  • Prepare proposals and presentations.

Partnerships and sponsorships

  • Identify brand and sponsorship opportunities.
  • Build relationships with brands and agencies.
  • Negotiate campaigns and commercial agreements.
  • Secure recurring partnership revenue.

Training growth

  • Grow workshop and coaching bookings.
  • Build relationships with churches, corporates, charities and community groups.
  • Develop long-term training contracts.
  • Spot new consultancy opportunities.

Market development

  • Research trends, competitors and emerging opportunities.
  • Identify new markets and sectors.
  • Recommend services and commercial initiatives.

Relationship management

  • Maintain long-term client and partner relationships.
  • Grow revenue from existing accounts.
  • Handover new projects smoothly to operations.

Performance reporting

  • Maintain accurate CRM records.
  • Track sales performance and conversion rates.
  • Produce monthly business development reports.
ESSENTIALS

What you need to show.

  • Education or equivalent: Business, Marketing, Communications or related professional experience.
  • 3+ years: Business development, commercial partnerships or strategic sales.
  • Commercial track record: Securing contracts, sponsorships, influencer marketing agreements or strategic partnerships.
  • Training sales: Experience marketing and securing workshops, consultancy or structured programmes.
  • Creator economy fluency: YouTube monetisation, influencer marketing and commercial opportunities for creators and brands.
  • Operator mindset: Strong communication, negotiation, organisation, project management and CRM discipline.
BONUS POINTS

What would make you stand out.

  • Experience inside the creator economy, digital media or influencer marketing.
  • A strong network across agencies, creators, brands or creator management.
  • Experience working inside a growing SME.
  • Hands-on CRM experience with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce or Zoho CRM.
  • Understanding of digital products and online learning platforms.
